We all have our favourite bits when it comes to a Christmas dinner. The parts of the plate we gobble up first, or maybe leave until last to finish on a high note. Yorkshire puddings will always be my favourite component in any roast dinner, and let me tell you, if you’re just eating them with beef then you are failing at life. But when it comes to a Christmas roast, for me, it’s all about that all important stuffing.
It’s nearly Christmas, which means it’s time to start indulging. I mean, I started a few months back, but that’s just the way I roll. So for those who haven’t already begun, then this pavlova is a good place to start. And whilst it may look like it requires quite a lot of effort, in actual fact, it’s a pretty easy festive dessert to make!
As a lone boiled vegetable I’d be lying if I said I loved brussel sprouts. I find them pretty tasteless and bland, however when mixed with a few extra ingredients they somehow transform into a real favourite of mine. You may see this as masking the flavour, however I see it more as enhancing these little green balls into a festive dish that everyone will love and enjoy.
